Feel Better Immune Boost Tea

  • 2 parts Echinacea root
  • 1 part Nettle
  • 2 parts Ginger root
  • 2 parts elder berries

Mix your herbs and store in a glass jar.

Bring water to a boil and remove from heat.

Add dry herbs to the hot water and cover. Let steep for at least 15 minutes. Use 1 tablespoon of dry herb mixture to each cup of water.

Using a french press makes the process super easy. You can also just use a mason jar with a lid and strain the mixture through a small tea strainer

Honey can be a great sweetener especially if your throat feels dry and scratchy. A lemon or orange can also be a nice touch for flavor and boosting vitamin C content.

*Note: “Part” can be tablespoons, ounces, cups or whatever unit of measure you want to use. Just make sure they are the same unit of measure throughout the recipe.
