- Fresh mint or herbs of choice.
- Filtered water free of chlorine or fluoride.
Mint can be placed in whole visible sprigs or run through a blender before freezing.
The addition of fruit such as raspberries or peaches looks stunning along side the bright green mint and adds layers to the flavors of your drink. I recommend putting the raspberries in their own ice cube tray compartment.
Once they are frozen you can pop them out of trays and put into bags so they take up less space in the freezer.
Other herbs to try are Rosemary, Lavender, cilantro, calendula, chamomile and lilac flowers while they are in season.
The ice cubes can be added to any drink of choice.
